Worked with Frank and team on plans for an addition on my home. The process was great. They use an app which helps with collaboration and all items stored and referenced within it. Which is helpful when you have a lot of other things going on outside of the project. I could add links to ideas and my rough outlines. We went into a lot of detail which helped me narrow down my decisions. They incorporated everything in the final files. The response from the bid set from contractors have all been positive. They all kept asking who i worked with because they plans were so complete where they are used to getting very rough drafts. Pricing was all reasonable and in line with other design/architecture teams I interviewed. Frank has even checked in to see how the bidding process is going and help me review some of the submissions. If they are available to work on your project you should definitely hire this team.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience consulting with Frank on my potential home remodel. I searched the web for architects that might share my overarching philosophy of creativity and sustainability and the company fit the bill. Frank was extremely responsive, and clearly has excellent communication and problem solving skills. Unfortunately circumstances led us in another direction so we were unable to hire Home Architect Studio but I know I really would have enjoyed working with Frank. I can't vouch for his actual skills as an architect since I didn't reach that stage but I encourage you to give them a try.

My wife and I thought about putting a permeant structure in our back yard to replace an existing Awning. Home Architect studio (Frank) was on time, personable, listened to our wants Then gave us the pros and cons on the job we thought about doing.Turns out the job we thought was one price would actually be out of our budget. Frank worked around our schedules and was easy to work with.He did a great job walking me through the process of properly supporting the main beam in our house.Then he took extra time to to check back in with us to make sure all of the documents satisfied the lawyers during its sale.We will definitely use him again on our next project.
