Home Architect Studio serves residential clients throughout New Jersey and the Mid-Atlantic region. Design-Build services are available within 30 minutes of Midland Park. Outside that radius, we offer Design-Only.

Additions and second stories often involve zoning constraints (setbacks, lot coverage, non-conforming conditions). The right first step is confirming feasibility and investment alignment before design begins.
If there’s a fit, we’ll direct you into our professional feasibility and planning step, then proceed into design.
