With a daughter on her way to college, our client decided to splurge a bit more on themselves with an addition of a master bedroom suite above their garage.  After several attempts to provide them with an exterior appropriate addition, the budget dictate the simplest possible solution. This happened just about the same time their daughter’s college bill came in. Either way, we thoroughly enjoyed working with this family as they struggled to meet their dream home on a tight budget.
