Project Description

As a young investor, our client asked us to help design a whole home remodel to increase his potential profits. The challenge on this project was the existing structure(circa early 1930s) was not conducive to today’s preferred open layouts. This coupled with the fact the original structure required significant reinforcement, which Home Architect Studio worked hard to meet our investor’s financial limits.
