The structural home evaluation cost will include:
- Initial Onsite Survey only to confirm your project is feasible.
- Additional site visits
- Assistance with the permitting process
- Calculations of new beam* (s) (if required)
- Construction documents
- Written Reports

Additional structural design fees (varies) will be required to complete full structural design services.
Not included within this cost are:
